At Patterns and Stitches, we are committed to providing you with high-quality fashion pieces that you’ll love. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Custom-made, made-to-measure, or personalized items are not eligible for returns.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders or any personalized items such as used items

 

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at 08033074842 within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Provide your order details and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. If not approved, no refund will be made.

 

Exchanges

  • We are happy to offer exchanges for items in the same category (e.g., size, color) within the 7-day return window. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at 08033074842 with your order details and the details of the item you wish to exchange.
  • Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the original item. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send out the replacement item.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the original item and the cost of shipping the new item to you.
