Warranty Coverage

  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty applies to clothing items purchased directly from Patterns and Stitches or through our authorized retailers.
  • Covered defects may include:
    • Loose seams
    • Faulty zippers

 

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper care, including but not limited to:
  • Exposure to harsh chemicals
  • Improper washing or drying
  • Accidental tears or rips
  • Normal wear and tear, including fading, pilling, and shrinkage.
  • Alterations or repairs made by anyone other than Patterns and Stitches.
  • Any items purchased on clearance or final sale.

 

Claiming the Warranty

  1. Contact Us: If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team at [customer service email or phone number] within the warranty period. Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and, if possible, include photos of the issue.
  2. Inspection: Once we receive your warranty claim, we will assess the defect. If the issue falls under our warranty coverage, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the defect and the availability of the item.
  3. Shipping: If a return is necessary, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us. For approved warranty claims, Patterns and Stitches will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item back to you.

 

Limitations

  • This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • The remedy provided under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective item, or a refund of the purchase price, at Patterns and Stitches discretion.
